July and August

 July and August of 2015 are the two months of the downright surreal moments in my life. I have been to Singapore and back and the trip was both amazing and crazy. I got to shoot and style for Crown Magazine (Yes, A print media), I also had a chance to work with a very famous stylist in Myanmar,Yoko San for a print and digital media that is coming out in next month and I was also struggling with research essays and assignments for the finals. There were some moments where I had to rush back to my uni for tutorials during an hour lunch break of the shooting leaving everyone behind and get back to the set within an hour. Those two months were overly crazy for me but I enjoyed it. I survived it! This is one of the shoots that I did for 00:55 in August. You can pull off the effortlessly cool style for a brunch out with this outfit!  Amera looks so chic and loads of  thanks to her for helping me out with this project!

The Pedroni

I'm lucky enough to have a friend who would willingly model for me in the morning after a long night of partying. This is malcolm pedroni, standing half naked in the hall way posing like there's no tomorrow with a mind of 3 hours sleep. We managed to get very cool photos in a very short amount of time which is the best thing that a guy with a deadline work can ever get. Kudos to Malcolm for his great help and please help me more in the future!

Happy Colour Outfits

"Black is such a happy colour" the quote from the Wednesday Addams has become an anthem for some of us these days. Black indeed is a happy colour. Everyone loves black. Lana Del Rey loves Black so much she made a song "Black Beauty" (It's my all-time favorite song!). I don't have much confidence to go out when my outfit doesn't include something black and I believe some of you might feel the same way as I do. So, I decided to set up some outfit sets for girls to wear black in the best way.

I know we don't have Moshchino or H&M here in Myanmar but you can get similar items in 00:55, Too Cool or Queen collection from Tawwin Center. I saw very cute fringe side purses at Mango the other day and I also heard Nike is coming to Yangon in July! Leave it in the comment box if you have anything to ask!

Summer, Shirts and Friends

The past few days have been a little hectic. I wanted my summer to be occupied with works and studies and well, the wish is granted. I work from Monday to Wednesday on 00:55 projects and attend classes on the weekend. I'm so grateful to my friends who are helping out with me since the ride is started, I have no idea what I'd do without them. Marcus helped me shooting for this project and I love how the photos turn out after retouching! Styling has never been more fun! 

The First Project

If someone told me last two years that I would be working with Steven Oo for his shop 00:55, I would have choked on my coffee. The dream has come true and I thank the 00:55 team for believing in me and giving me this opportunity.What's more fun than styling, arranging photo shoots, setting up the props and casting models all by yourself!
